Pumpkin Protein Shake š

Servings: 1 shake
Ingredients
⢠1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
⢠1/2 cup frozen banana (sliced into coins and frozen beforehand)
⢠3 tablespoons good pumpkin puree
⢠1 scoop of our OvB vanilla protein powder
⢠1 tablespoon almond butter
⢠1/8 teaspoon EACH: pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon
⢠8 ice cubes
Instructions
1. Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Optionally, garnish with graham cracker crumbs.
3. Enjoy!
